In these days, one of my user give me his BlackBerry to fix it.

The main problem was a pop-up message that says “Network identification – xxxx company yyy”

And the message appear a lot of times in sparse time.

After struggling for fix it I found the solution.

The problem was, that the user enabled the cell broadcast difusion, on the SMS options.

If you have the same problem follow these steps:

1. Go to Options
2. SMS
3. Change the cell broadcast difusion to NO

That your telecom provider didnt send the right IMEI and PIN to the RIM network. Or the RIM network guy is feeling a little lonely in this day.There is nothing wrong with your phone, call your telecom provider and say:”Hey the IMEI is xxxxxxx, the PIN is xxxxxxxxx and the phone is xxxxxxxx, so please check it and make it work…”
